​One great thing about designing a styled shoot, is the chance to work with an incredible team of vendors, and chance to get together with some of our best friends! Over the years, weddings have become some of the most extravagant parties around, but what if we told you that less can be more on your special day? This shoot was designed to do exactly that! We created a minimalist design that extenuates the beauty of every little detail. Because we used a simple, minimal design, each and every element is very important as it makes up a large part of the overall design. 
 
When creating this shoot, Emerson Venue was the perfect location to use as a blank canvas. Using a beautiful, crisp white venue was very important to keep this design simple.  There is nothing more modern than a white brick wall to add texture to this shoot. The contemporary white table and chairs allowed us to create straight lines that draw attention to the table scape.  The florals by Wed Fully Yours beautifully displayed the various shades of mauve and pink in our color palette. Our vision was to let the florals come to life by being one of the only color elements. The tableware was a simple, elegant design, even incorporating my grandmother’s silverware. Being able to use a special piece made this shoot even more special to me, and we encourage bride’s to use statement pieces that have a special meaning to them.  Adding a solid color backdrop was the perfect element to make this entire table pop!
 
Our beautiful model, Gina, shined during our shoot. Chua Lee captured her smile so vibrantly. Her soft, feminine look by Grand Slam Glam complimented our minimal design.  You can find more about making this design come to life in the newest edition of The Southern Social magazine which is on sale now. We recently worked with a dream team of vendors to create an ethereal, elegant, feminine, and unique shoot. When we were working on the inspiration board we thought of unique color palettes, such as lavender mixed with blush which came to life with the florals by ​Out of the Garden.  The tablescape was one of our favorite features with florals hanging from above with the beautiful, Firefly Gardens as our backdrop. Innovative features to show our future clients is always in our minds when creating the details, which is why we adore the calligraphy seating chart handcrafted by Brown Fox Creative. Lounges have become a fantastic way to add a personal touch to your event, these pieces from Junk & Disorderly are so lovely. As with any event, we love a unique touch with the drinks you serve guests! This cocktail is also a beautiful addition to the delectable and classic wedding cake by Gold Ribbon Confections. Our model was absolutely stunning in her gown from Elizabeth Lee Bridal and hair/makeup by Beauty By Yari. I love the way Flavia Watkins Photography captured the essence and details of this shoot!

One thing we truly love about planning events is the details. When clients come with an idea in mind we adore creating an event that exudes their vision. While we love a stunning classic color palette, this bride's dark and moody wedding was absolutely breathtaking! The custom agate stones in lieu of place cards was one of our favorite details. This invitation suite gives us all of the feels, it perfectly captures the vision and theme of the wedding!

Each event is different, and this one we wanted to whisk away our guests to the streets of Paris. From the details to the delectable pastries and the aroma of brightly hued florals, we will always love this Parisian themed event! 

Weddings with an underlying theme might just be our new favorite weddings to design! This Beauty and the Beast themed wedding was gorgeous! These details stayed true to the vision of the bride while creating a whimsical and enchanted wedding! 

In 2019, we can't wait to curate more beautiful details and events! Custom details, themes, and innovative color palettes really will make a big splash this year!

After all of the wedding festivities, your guests are famished! Before you can get your guests to the dance floor they need sustenance! What better way to serve food and drinks than in an innovative, unique, and stunning way?! 2019 is the year for new ways to feed guests, inventive bars, and luscious desserts. 

We love when our clients are open to going a little out of the box and we get to use some ingenuity in our designs! Is there anything more fun than sprinkles?! We don't think so!

Wedding cake is delicious, but so are these desserts!
