If you haven't heard about "Galentine's" day, I suggest you continue reading.  It's the day before Valentine's day and the sole purpose is to celebrate your girlfriends.  

What an incredibly experience to be surrounded by such talented, inspiring group of ladies.  You don't have to be single to celebrate Galentine's day, most of us are married. It's really a time to leave all the boyfriend's and husband's at home so you can have girl talk and enjoy some much needed time with your friends.  It's a great excuse to thank all your gals for all the love and support they have shown you over the year.  

If you ask me, it's one of the best days of the year.  I will make this an annual thing, for sure!

I had the privilege of planning the Professional Wedding Guild Luncheon in November.  My inspiration came from a simple apple.  I used apples, because I wanted to keep with the fall theme, but I was a little tired of seeing pumpkins everywhere.  I also desired my design elements to reflect how each person is important, valued, and beautiful.  Life can get so crazy with meetings, consults, kids, church etc.  I wanted everyone in the room to take a few seconds to reflect on the idea they are special and doing a great job juggling life.  I had the super talented Megan from Cleggraphy Designs hand write all the apples and signs.  She did an awesome job! 

 I also have a fun announcement for Events by Jade, I was voted to be on the board of the professional wedding guild of Fort Worth.  I am very excited about getting more involved with such a great organization.
