Kyle and Angie said I Do under the pergola at Firefly Gardens in Midlothian, Texas on a bright, sunny August afternoon. Surrounded by their loved ones, Kyle and Angie united their families with a night of celebration and dance. Kyle and Angie wanted their special day to be full of life as their entertained their out of town guests. Knowing their families were going to travel far to attend, Kyle and Angie wanted to make every guest feel special and a part of their day. Kyle and Angie couldn't imagine getting married without their families, so they wanted to make sure everyone enjoyed their time. With entertainment in mind, Angie envisioned a very simple design that would allow the guests to be the main attraction of the night. Hosting their event at Firefly Gardens created the perfect clean, white slate Angie was looking for. The brick walls added just the right amount of texture and ambiance to an overall simplistic design. Blush tones filled the room to give a romantic feel, allowing Kyle and Angie's love to became the center of attention. As a modern bride, Angie went with sleek elegant lines, but also wanted her family's rich Hispanic traditions evident throughout her day. Creating a dinner menu full of Mexican cuisine, all guests were able to enjoy the traditional tastes Angie grew up with. Sipping on Margartias and Palomas, the guests were able to hit the dance floor where DJ Chris had the guests on their feet all night. Playing a mix of genres, guests had fun learning modern dances as well as traditional cultural dances. Kyle even led Angie's family in a traditional Hispanic line dance. Captured by Beatbox Portraits, Kyle and Angie's day was nothing short of a party. With simple, romantic design elements, the room came to life by the people that Kyle and Angie loved the most. A picture perfect memory! After a long night of dancing, Kyle and Angie waved goodbye in luxurious limo were they were escorted to an after party hosted by Angie's family. Love filled the air as two families were brought together to join in on the celebration of marriage. Congratulations Kyle and Angie! Vendors

Taylor and Kyle said I do among their family and friends at The Nest at Ruth Farms on a sunny June afternoon. However, their love story began long before, when Taylor and Kyle met at the University of Oklahoma while attending college. It didn't take long for Taylor to learn that Kyle was very special. The couple became inseparable from the very beginning. From the start, Kyle was introduced to Taylor's two sisters in which he learned that they were a package deal when it came to dating Taylor. After Kyle won over Taylor's dad, he was ready to pop the question and become part of the family. When the wedding planning begun, Taylor envisioned a white barn, outdoor ceremony, and a beautiful orangey pink sunset. The perfect place, The Nest at Ruth Farms offered all of the above. We created Taylor's intimate, romantic reception with white linens and soft blush floral tones. Taylor and Kyle choose neutral palette and greenery complimented the blank slate of the barn. Adding acrylic accents, the couple created a stylish and chic design that kept the room light and airy. With a soft, romantic vibe, Kyle and Taylor were able to share their love together surrounded by the ones that loved them most.. Events by Jade made sure every detail was laid and styled perfectly. From the florals from, Something Pretty Floral, to the pink sunset that filled the sky, Taylor and Kyle's big day ended as every fairytale in the book. The day was filled with love, laughter, and celebration as two family's became one.

The fairytale event was held at Firefly Garden's elegant white barn in Midlothian, Texas. Jennifer and John exchanged vows in a traditional ceremony followed by dinner and dancing with their loved ones. Adding their own unique elements, John and Jennifer was able to share their love story with all of their guests. Jennifer and John's special day was a traditional wedding with a white and pink color palette. While the neutral tones were soft and airy, Jennifer added some unique floral elements to show off the couple's fun personalities. With a floral filled arch, Jennifer and John exchanged traditional vows in a romantic ceremony. For the reception, pink napkins and gold beaded chargers made up the elegant table setting. The couple spared no detail when it came to making the day special for both of their families. Coming from a long line of John Hollands', the couple was gifted the family cake cutting knife passed down from three generations. Wanting to incorporate her family traditions as well, Jennifer displayed her mother's wedding dress at the guest book table. Jennifer and John knew how important it was to their families to carry on their rich traditions as they also create their own. You could feel the love in the room as the two families became one. Jennifer used inspiration from the Royal Wedding, and wanted to feel like a princess on her wedding day. With a floor length, white satin dress, Jennifer was stunning as she walked down the aisle to her new husband. She switched out her tiara while getting ready for a cathedral length veil that was breathtaking. With a grand exit, Jennifer and John's got the royal treatment on their big day! Vendors:

A big, grand event, that's for sure! The Southern Social Issues 3 Launch Party was one straight out of a magazine itself. We had so much fun collaborating with the featured pros in this issue to create a memorable night for Melissa and her staff. Getting to highlight the work of such deserving professionals is always one of our favorite parts of what we do, and when Melissa came to us with big ideas for the launch of the new magazine, we knew this was going to be a special night. After touring the venue, Umbra Winery in Springtown, Texas, the theme hit us right in the face. Our design and styling team went to work on a Spanish, Mediterranean theme that showcased the unique architecture and beauty of the venues natural state. Incorporating beautiful Spanish textures, blue, white, and splashes of pink, we were really able to capture a very fun, summery vibe to fit the hot Texas night. Giving Melissa the mic, she began the night with the reveal of the magazine cover. A suspenseful moment for all that erupted in cheers, as Melissa uncovered a beautiful floral cover of The Southern Social Magazine designed by Events by Jade, Wedfully Yours, Brown Fox Creative, and captured by Chua Lee Photography. Melissa also honored her hardworking featured pros that make the magazine what it is. After the applause, the real fun was about to begin. It was time for all of the vendors to shine. Guests were filled with music by TBA Music and Ms Deejay Teejay. The entertainment didn't stop there, as guests sampled delicious street tacos from Premier Events and Staffing, adult ice cream from Dizzi Brands, and sipped on smoked cocktails by DFW Bartending. The nights entertainment went even farther with fans, floral hairpieces by Alba Dahlia Floral, and cigar rolling by DFW Cigar Roller. Fun and laughter filled the air as the sunset over the vineyards at Umbra Winery. Thank you to BeatBox Portraits and Take 4 Films for capturing the memories for us to reminisce on until next summer! Meagan and Cameron were wed under the twinkling lights at Dove Ridge Vineyards surrounded by 250 of their closest friends and family. Over the years Meagan and Cameron had been building their support system to create the ultimate team to help them through this thing we call life. While trying to juggle college, football, volleyball, academics, jobs, relationships, and a social life, Meagan and Cameron leaned on the encouragement and support of their teammates to help them get through all the chaos. Little did they know that these teammates would introduce them to each other and ultimately stand next to them on their wedding day. Guests could feel how important family and friends mean to Meagan and Cameron on their big day. Love hung in the air as the couple wed. When Meagan brought us her pretty pink color palette, we made sure her vision came to life. Her day was filled with various shades of bright and blushing pinks that only screamed love and happiness. Every little elegant detail was incorporated to help tell Meagan and Cameron's love story, which included Meagan's fun love of donuts and the couples newest addition to their family, they pup, Finn Waffles. Our inspiration for this design was a classic pink, with a romantic twist. Adding the dark wood of Dove Ridge Vineyard's reception hall, a looming romantic feel filled the room and made the pink pop in a unique way. Incorporating different hues and shades of pink in the florals by Vivienne and Vine, we were able to turn a classic wedding color into a dream lush of blooming colors. When Meagan told us her dream wedding was full of pink, we took up the challenge to incorporate as much pink as we could. We used pink details in florals, linens, a pink lounge set, and even pink donuts to paint the room pink for Meagan and Cameron's magical day. Meagan and Cameron's Dream Team:
